I broke down on the side of the road with a busted radiator hose, Was able to partially repair it long enough to get me to 7 miles to Meads auto which was approaching closing time. The owner was kind enough to order the part we needed from a Ford dealership get it delivered and repair my truck even after hours on a holiday week. The owner, and employees/mechanics were extremely helpful, very nice and polite and very patient. I highly recommend this place!

Brought my truck to the dealership for a noise coming from the rear end only to be told it doesn't have an issue mind you the truck only has 13,000 miles on it. Took it to Meads and they found the problem in no time. Apparently Ram is trying to experiment with oil less rear differentials and mine didn't pass the test. I will always use Meads for automotive needs!

The guys at Meads were great. They got my truck in soon, the mechanic called me looking for more details about my issue and they had it fixed in one day. I was driving to Dequincy from New Orleans. When I got to Sulphur, my tire light came on. Thankfully Mead's was nearby because my tire needed to be patched. The service was exceptional and the price was fair. If not for them, I could have been stranded on the side of the highway. I recommend them to anyone who needs service for their vehicles.

I had a excellent experience at this repair service. I had a fuel leak. The fuel pump was changed and I got my car back the next day. Very friendly staff on the phone and in person. Would highly recommend them They use quality parts and the warranty is very reasonable

My experience with this garage was very positive. They did some serious work on my vehicle and checked back with me several time to make sure that the problem was resolved. It is a small shop without a lot of parking in front, but has more in back. Very professional and did good work.

Very friendly and easy to deal with. I stopped in on my way to work. They looked up the prorated price for a replacement battery since mine died a little prematurely. No hassle, had the battery in stock and salesman immediately installed it himself since it was early AM and shop guys weren't on duty yet. Quick friendly service i won't hesitate to recommend.

During a road trip from Houston TX to Orlando FL my water pump busted and had me stranded at a gas station near Sulphur. I called Meads because they had the best reviews and lucky for me the reviews were right! Rich took great care of us from the very beginning. I had my truck towed to their shop, Rich found the pump, they're team installed it and had me out of there in no time. Thanks to them, we made it to Orlando that same night. I'd also like to add how nice everyone in Sulphur was to us. As a tourist, I felt very welcomed and many people offered their help. Thanks again, Team Meads!

I can't say enough about our experience here. My husband and I blew a tire on our way back to TN, and Meads was the closest place for a tire replacement. James and the entire crew went above and beyond to get us squared away as quickly as possible (even driving to another shop to get the exact tire we needed)! They made a stressful situation as smooth and lighthearted as possible. If we ever find ourselves back in Louisiana with a flat tire, we know who to call :)

A/C was on the fritz and Mead's was able to get it fixed in a timely manner. Repairs of this kind can be pricey, especially with a truck, but the cost was reasonable. The service personnel were helpful and knowledgeable. The only con, if it's even that, was that they are so popular and busy its hard to find a parking spot!!

Very pleased with the service. Had vehicle in garage bay working on it within minutes. This is the only car I have an I did mention that to them when I dropped it off they said I might get it back today they would have to look at vehicle and go from there I was already sitting up a ride for work this weekend when they called a hour an half later told me vehicle was ready come get it. As they say. ?THATS WHEN I BROKE INTO MY HAPPY DANCE? THANK YOU MEADS AUTO FOR SAVING THE WEEKEND.
